SHIPPING POLICY

What You Need to Know


DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Adam Larissa can deliver both within Australia & World wide.

If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.  If another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

We will confirm all order via email and this will be your proof of purchase. All order within Australia are sent via express post. 

Delivery is between Monday and Friday.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at al@adamlarissa.com.au

International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service.  This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. Shipping costs will vary and will be calculated at checkout. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days within Australia and up to 20 days for international orders.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been tampered with, without tags or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (photo proof via email) and it will need to be returned. 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. 

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

  • Free express delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $250

  • Orders under $250 are sent at a via express post at a flat rate of $15 

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. 

  • You must pay the Order Amount by credit card or Direct Deposit at the time of submitting the Order. Adam Larissa accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal.

  • Free postage over $250 is for parcels sent to an Australian address only

  • Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Adam Larissa is not liable for any cost or does not take responsibility for the rejection of your parcel. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Items purchased in store can be exchange in 7 days. 

Should you make an error when ordering online, Adam Larissa will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.  But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered on line contact Adam Larissa immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
